Charlie McDonald has joined the Tompkins Insurance as an account executive in the Commercial Lines division. He is based out of the Tompkins Insurance office in Blue Bell, PA, where he will work with businesses across the southeastern Pennsylvania region. Prior to joining Tompkins, Charlie worked as a financial practice analyst for Levin Group Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland and resides in Ambler, PA. Charlie serves as a volunteer for La Salle College High School Service Community, Chestnut Hill Conservancy and Fairmont Park Conservancy. -- 
Meg McGinn has joined as an account executive in the Employee Benefits division. She is also based out of the Blue Bell, PA office and her responsibilities include developing relationships with clients to create customized employee benefits solutions for their organizations. She holds bachelors’ degrees in communications and psychology from Saint Mary’s College in South Bend, IN. She brings over 17 years’ experience to her role, with her most previous position being owner and founder of Osprey Health, LLC.
